Our menu centers around recipes from our days in Los Angeles. Starting with traditional LA/Mexican food offerings like burritos, tacos, nachos, and quesadillas, the menu also delves into styles from the old American West such as chile con carne, barbecued ribs, baked beans, corn bread and spicy chicken wings. Seasonal offerings like pecan, peach, and pumpkin pies are also featured.
We strive to serve only the freshest, hand made dishes, using locally sourced ingredients. We have no deep fryers and rely on oven cooking even for our popular pork crackling and potato wedges.
