The Brewery

Custom made for us by CLE Brew Systems, the Golden Bear system has a brew length of 1200 litres.  It has a water-jacketed mash/lauter tun, 2 stage heat exchanger, PLC controlled glycol cooled fermenters and 10,000 liters conditioning capacity.  The all stainless steel plant is one of the most efficient and beautifully constructed systems in the country.
